KYC applies to users seeking enhanced features such as priority visibility, badge display, or access to certain community roles. To apply, navigate to Settings > Account > Verification, submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and a selfie for biometric matching. The process confirms identity and age (minimum 18 years) while protecting against impersonation and fraudulent accounts.

KYB verification targets automotive-related businesses (e.g., performance shops, parts suppliers, tuners) to grant a verified badge, promotional tools, and increased trust. Businesses apply via Settings > Business > KYB Verification, providing legal registration documents, proof of address, identification of ultimate beneficial owners, and evidence of legitimate operations. Approved entities receive a visible checkmark badge, enabling location-based advertising and review responses. Both KYC and KYB involve thorough vetting against public records and risk databases to prevent misuse. Verification is voluntary but enhances credibility and engagement. Unverified accounts remain fully functional for standard participation, ensuring the platform remains accessible while rewarding transparency and accountability.
